Online Admission Instructions

Parents/Guardians are requested to carefully read the following instructions before filling the Online Admission Form:


1️⃣ Eligibility & Admission Process

  • Admission is open for eligible students as per school norms.

  • Filling the online form does not guarantee admission.

  • Admission will be confirmed only after document verification and fee submission.


2️⃣ Required Documents (Keep Ready Before Applying)

Please keep the following documents ready in JPEG / PNG / PDF format:

  • Student’s Passport Size Photograph

  • Birth Certificate

  • Aadhaar Card (Student / Parent)

  • Previous School Transfer Certificate (TC) (if applicable)

  • Previous Year Marksheet

  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)

  • Address Proof

  • Bank Account Details (if required)


3️⃣ How to Fill the Online Admission Form

  1. Visit the school website.

  2. Click on Online Admission / Apply Now.

  3. Fill all required details carefully:

    • Student details

    • Parent/Guardian details

    • Class & Section

    • Contact information

  4. Upload required documents.

  5. Review all details before submission.

  6. Click on Submit Application.

⚠️ Once submitted, details cannot be edited without school permission.


4️⃣ Important Guidelines

  • Enter correct mobile number and email ID for communication.

  • Incorrect or false information may lead to rejection of application.

  • Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

  • Ensure uploaded documents are clear and readable.


5️⃣ After Submission

  • After successful submission, you will receive:

    • Application Number / Acknowledgement

  • School will inform you about:

    • Admission test (if any)

    • Interview schedule

    • Document verification

    • Fee payment details


6️⃣ Admission Confirmation

  • Admission will be confirmed only after:

    • Verification of original documents

    • Payment of prescribed admission fees

  • Failure to complete the process within the given time may result in cancellation of admission.
